How Can I Change The Color Of The Button And The Text In The Addon Under Media In The Image Layout (addon)?

Hello, how can I change the color of the button in the addon under Media in the Image Layout (addon)? There's an ugly orange in there right now. I also want to change the text content of the "Learn more" button.
