SP Page Builder 2 years ago

Sorry, But I've used it during the last 3 days after buuing the license. There is nothing working! And it is Helix Framework KickStart based. Did you try to publish / unpublish / trash / duplicate pages on your SP Page Builder admin console ? Nothing works. It's impossible try to work with this product. And for me impossible to go back to 3.xx version that was PERFECT.

Sorry but if nothing changes I'm seriuosly intenioned to ask my money back.

The Lite version in comparison works like a charm

JOOMLA 4.3.0 SP_PAGEBUILDER Version 4.0.10

  1. very often clicking on -> components -> sp pagebuilder pro -> Pages, instead of showing the administrative page op sp pagebuilder it goes directly on the very first page of site and it is impossible to come back to "pages" without waiting the session expires.
  2. when I click on a page, i often got a 404 page not found
  3. when I click on save as copy I always got a successfully saved but the copied page does not appear on Pages
  4. I'm managing a mutilanguage site (EN+IT) and it is a nightmare managing Pages under the above mentioned issues. Please support asap. I'm going in production in a matter of days.

Ok. I've found the source of the issue.

We've hosted on Aruba. In order to manage almost all of the issue encountered we had to disable the "High Speed Cache" Feature provided by Aruba.

Disabling this feature all of the pages are slow but they works.

Please add this solutions to your KB

Hi. This is a long -known common rule for any webmaster - if you use any caching and acceleration system as JCH Optimize component and others, or acceleration tools on hosting, or CDN server, before any site editing it is necessary to turn off and clean their cache. After editing can be turned on again.
