I made for you example, please check settings. Now you see? Yes, it's based on CSS box-shadow.

Hi Domi.
This is not Blur for image, but for box-shadow.
Please read CSS guides about Property Values:
- https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_box-shadow.php
- https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/box-shadow
other values must be added, for example, spread - not only blur as you did.
