I have used this CSS to Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

    top: 0;
    width: 100%;
}

DOES ANYONE HERE ACTUALLY PROVIDE REAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT???? I'VE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH FOR MORE THAN A MONTH AND NOT A SINGLE THING HAS BEEN RESOLOVED!!! ONLY MORE DAMAGE!!!! WHERE IS THE SUPPORT TEAM???

I will definitely! I just have two outstanding issues to be fixed on this template - an old one - the author links has never been fixed in an update as promised https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/11216
