Search does Not Work

Hello Joomshaper, I'm with php8.1, Joomla4, SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.9 and Shaper_helixultimate 2.0.11. I use articles that I created with Joomla and texts on the pages that I created with Pagebuilder. The Smart Search Plugin is activated. But the search only returns results of the Joomla articles. How should this work? Do I have to use two different search fields? I would be pleased to receive a tip. Many thanks in advance, Jens

If you have Joomla 4.x :
- make sure that you enabled that plugin: Smart Search - SP Page Builder
- Index content inside Smart Search component.

Accepted AnswerHello Paul, Now I have it. I didn't know that you still have to proactively trigger the indexing after the plugin has been activated. Thanks a lot.

Accepted AnswerWhen I activate the Smart Search - SP Page Builder plugin and then start indexing the search, I get an error message (see screenshot).

How can I fix the problem? The SP Page Builder pages are not displayed in the search results.

- It depends what SPPB version you have installed.
- Have you edited all pages using a new version, for example, SPPB 4.0.x

Accepted AnswerI use version 3.8.9 because I use the Flex template from Aplikko. All pages I have created with this version.
Is it absolutely necessary to update to version 4.x for the search to work?
