URGENT ! Page Cannot Be Saved - I CAN'T USE THE PRODUCT !

I am adding a new page. I click SAVE and I can see the page on the list. When I click to reopen the page (in the editor) I get Error-404 ! There is also this wired message "PAGE IS DISABLED, PLEASE ENABLE TO PREVIEW"

What is going on here ?

Hello Arthur

Apology for the inconvenience. For unpublished page, you cannot preview the page and it will show 404 error. For new pages 404 issue, turn off SEO Friendly URL option in Global Configuration settings. Then check the issue.
