Cannot access list of pages using SPPB 4

Hi. I just purchased pagebuilder for 3 sites. I have installedit and it shows in my joomla components menu. When I click on Pagebuilder>pages I cannot access the list of pagebuilder pages. Instead it takes me to my root domain web2.mediksoftsaintifik.com please help. my project is urgent and I recommended pagebuilder strongly to my clients.
