Hidden items show on every edit.

I have a page with hidden items, that we reveal after time.
But every time we get into a page to change something, the hidden items change to show items.
Can you check this, some times we forget to hidde againg.

Could you please keep a backup and reinstall page builder? Then check again?

Latest version 4.0.10
The problem is with elements like text
If I hide the whole row work fine, but an element on a row get visible every time I edit the page.
