Hello, i installed SP 4 pro. i have the heliultimate template installed. After, upgrade to SP 4 i no longer able to configure my template. SP has taken over. For example, i cannot get to Basic, preset, etc.

Hmm, so far you're a first person with that problem.

Maybe logout from front-end and then Templates: Styles (Site) > Helix Ultimte > Template Options etc.

You can always share access to Joomla Admin, so I can check if you cannot find it.
