Galleries For Each SP Property

Given this options for creating Galleries for property articles in SP property:

Dynamic Gallery Estate creates dynamic property galleries by taking images from the published property items automatically. SP Property component powers Estate dynamic property galleries. Have individual album for each property item. Newly attached images are added to the album automatically. Plus, create your own galleries using SP Easy Gallery extension.

I have to ask: what do you mean with dynamic property galleries, because I only see the option of upload here (in each article: basic options of the SP Property) and it is a simple upload image.

But when I see the layout of the template I can see two types of images: large (that shows up in the superior part of the article), and medium ones (immediately below). like caption:

Do I have to create this structure of the galleries with the SP Easy Gallery extension?

Thanks,

Hello Mon

It means that the images uploaded in the property details will be shuffled automatically for that property details page.

Best regards

Thanks Ofi,

I've tried to upload some pics (in 1920x760px) and as you say the SP Property works in that matter and creates the thumbs (360x207px) aswell, but here is the thing:

https://prnt.sc/10mj6mi

  1. As you can see above, the thumbs in the article show in black.

  2. Althou I delete all the empty pics by default in this article, the empty pic continues to show (see the capture below) https://prnt.sc/10mjax1

  3. The curious thing is that in the gallery, the items show the diferent sizes without a problem (althou the empty pic continues to show in the presentation of each gallery). See below https://prnt.sc/10mjd8n https://prnt.sc/10mjdyi

  4. One last thing, how do I supose to change the header once you are inside each gallery (see below)? https://prnt.sc/10mjg1a

Thanks again!

I Answer myself:

Solved poins 2, 3 and 4 adding the pic you want in the admin image selector. See image below: https://prnt.sc/10mk52p

Still pending point 1.

  1. New thumbs in property article show in black https://prnt.sc/10mj6mi

I'll appreciate your help in that matter.

Hello Ofi,

I work in local for the moment. Any other thoughts? What can I do? I've tried with different formats, and it didn't work either...

Thanks,

Sorry, I cannot say anything without checking. You can take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Please follow this tutorial

Maybe it's because local mode doesn't support background images well. I've seen the code and it seems that the images that give error are background images. And here is another one:

One more thing To add as a problem regarding how the photos are displayed: the image chosen for the slider that I indicate in this capture, does not appear either (this time the image appears with a white background). See picture below

https://prnt.sc/10oeu9t

Another option for me could be to upload the site and work offline, because could be some issues due to the php version in local.

Any thoughts? I'll appreciate any comment Thanks again, Ofi!

for the backup I’ve made with Akeeba, I pass you the link below

Thanks for your work Ofi, I should assume that the issue could be in my local server then? I mean, have you checked the properties in local and still don't found any error for both:

  1. Blank images in Witch of Divinity property thumbs, as you can see here https://prnt.sc/10mj6mi.
  2. White image in the home header slider for the same property, as indicated here https://prnt.sc/10oeu9t

If that's so. Do you think it might be realted with my local server? Maybe I can upload the site and prove it in (keeping it offline while I get the site ready).

What do you think about that?

Thanks in advance,

Please change image file name and upload again. Do not use space in the image file name.

Perfect Ofi! Now work both!

  1. White image in the home header slider for the same property https://prnt.sc/10sj7ya
  2. And Blank images in Witch of Divinity property thumbs https://prnt.sc/10sj7ga
