Macro-Template - Menü And Structure

Hello,
I have two understanding confusion about the macro template. [(https://demo.joomshaper.com/2016/macro/)]
I would like to have the header section bigger (Helix-Framework dont accept the changes) specially the sticky header, so that my original logo also fits in when I scroll down. And I would like to change the color of the background, when it is a sticky header. I also have a small gap between the menu and the menu that opens below it (eg under Blog - Blog with left sidebar) How can I put the menu directly below it without gap? Where can I find these options?
The second thing that is not clear to me is the structure of the category blogs. If I specify from the prefabricated menu Blog - Blog with leftr sidebar, where can I view and change this structure and insert for example that I want to have a search and the latest articles below etc..?
And finally a big bug: When I want to use a Module with SPPAgebuilder the site wants me to save the module first. After this it quits with "1364 Field 'catid' doesn't have a default value" (the cat exists!). Goal was to insert a OpenStreetMap as a module to the Bottom-3 Section.

What exactly do you want? If you want to change category then you have to go menu manager left sidebar menu
