Strange Layout In Menu Structure SP Easy Image Gallery

Hi,
As you can see in my screenshot below, the layout or look/display of the SP Easy Image Gallery menu structure is strange.
This not only concerns this website but all websites that run this extension. My default language is set to Dutch on every website. But even when I switch to English, I still see the same strange display.

Is this happen on Joomla 4 or Joomla 5?
