Hello good day,

This time is with Konstra Template, and this happens with most of the other templates we have been using as well.

  1. No change when selecting a new Preset, not even the costume.
  2. No Logo alignment at the top of the Coming Soon page.

We are at the Coming Soon style so far, but there are several issues to be solved, like those we are bringing to you. Would you be so kind to help us here? we are using Konstra Template.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Mehtaz,

I just fixed the issue. it was related to the ammount of Memory in the PHP allocated to the instalation, as well as how large is the files available to upload.

Now all works fine!

Hi sure! https://pin.it/2HVs4X5

The problem is that the Logo is off the top grid. When I zoom out the page (from 80% to 70% or less) using the internet browser, the image at the top (LOGO) is there. But it should be there without the need of doing that since the visitor has 100% of the page view size on its inernet browser. I am just saying that if I zoom out the page, it is there!

What I did was to edit the template.css file inside the CSS at the Template Directory. I made a change at the PADDING of the page, by incrising the value of the top padding. It is a way out BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS WAY, if you know what I mean, we just need to install and see it happen the way it sould be happening.

Woudl you be so kind to take a look at my PRIVATE Post here too: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/24891

Do you want to change the alignment of the logo? You can also use custom CSS for changing the color.

Oh not at all, in fact, I am just saying that when we use what should be the regular and normal way to do things with the Template, tehre is always something not workin gproperly and we need to fix that, just the example of the logo, it should be there normally but it was not, so we had to go to the CSS and change it by ourselves.

Just that. But now we fixed that problem as I said.
