Hello, does anyone know how to build field or module dependency, without having to page hop?

For example:

User is shown 3 options. User selects option 2. User is show 5 further options. User selects option 1. User is shown 2 options. User selects option 2. User is shown 6 further options. User is presented with the end/output.

This could be something like multiple choice questions, and then the answers are displayed.

Sorry if I haven't explained this very well. The premise is that I can take a customer on a journey, asking them a series of questions, that end up with an answer depending on what they chose along the way.
