I'm trying to test the SP Builder, never used before.
Perhaps I'm doing any mistake but it seems that I can't download any layout.
Whatever I select, the downloading fails.

after one week waiting I have chosen to switch my project on another product.
Seven days to have just a simple reply (a credential request!) is an unacceptable level of service, for a paid subscription.

I have a paid subscription, the product has one problem (it seems I'm not the only having it), the support doesn't answer for one week... and for this I stop using your builder for another, more reliable, platform.
Should I accept that I pay for nothing?
