Well, you have so many other programmes but usually the support shoud be a priority. "accepting the answer"? What answer? I have a paid subscription, the product has one problem (it seems I'm not the only having it), the support doesn't answer for one week... and for this I stop using your builder for another, more reliable, platform. Should I accept that I pay for nothing?
