Cannot Download Popup Layouts

Hi, inside the site umbriafiere.it I have created the popup "Prova Popup" (Components -> Sp Page Builder -> Pages -> Prova Popup). Inside the editor when I click on Popup Layouts and choose one I receive the error "Something went wrong". Can you please verify? Thanks in advance for the support. Best regards.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I've checked your site, and it looks like there might be an issue with your license information. In the SP Page Builder settings, please ensure your license information is entered correctly. It appears a username may have been added in place of the email address, as shown here: prnt.sc/yzPECbY6I-6V. Please correct this and try again.
