Popup Layouts Not Working

when i try to import them i get something went wrong(log error is in hidden info.
problem is This website uses all the same settings as the rest, and i have no issues creating popups using a pre defined layout on any of the others.
help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out.
It appears that the user you provided lacks sufficient access rights. First, please ensure that a valid license and email are entered under Page Builder Settings -> Update & License. Then, clear both the Joomla cache and your browser cache, and try again.
If the issue persists, please disable HTTP headers by going to System -> Extensions.
You can also try reinstalling the Joomla core. Just make sure to have a backup before proceeding.

Accepted AnswerThat was it, the license, when i upgraded to the one with easy store i did not realize the license changed(which also took my subscription from being due in jan to this month also.

Accepted Answerthat parts fixed as i said, and the popup is made, but when clicking to proceed to the page it doesn't do anything, i can see it appends the link with a hashtag at the end.
I have modified the user permissions so you should have acess now.
