Popup Layouts Not Working

Hi. I tried the new popup feature. But when I want to import a layout, the circle comes shortly and then nothing happens. The layouts don´t work for me. When I close the layout page, my popup is still blank. I used Chrome and Edge Browser. Both won`t work.
