Last Update Don't Solve Instagram Access Toke Error

Hello. After months of issues i decided to pay another renewal and sadly saw that the issue with Instagram is still there.
When i click on "generate token" i am having this error:
Required "app_id" key not supplied in config and could not find fallback environment variable "FACEBOOK_APP_ID"
