Top and Bottom shape error after last update

After last update the top and bottom shape divider change aspect and doesn't respect original height ad width set in the element.
Please give me as soon as possible the possibility to download again the version 3.7.15: i need to publish the website.

Now with the old version is perfectly working: it will fix on next update of Page Builder?
