Please go to this locations: components/com_spproperty/assets/js/spmap.js and administrator/components/com_spproperty/assets/js/spleaflet.js and replace this line

api.tiles.mapbox.com/v4/{id}/{z}/{x}/{y}.png?access_token={accessToken}

with this line

api.mapbox.com/styles/v1/{id}/tiles/{z}/{x}/{y}?access_token={accessToken}
