Problem With Upgrades

I have the template installed DOCTOR and when I upgrade either the operating system or plugins, I get the following message: Sorry, there was a problem we could not recover from.

The server returned a "500 - Whoops, looks like something went wrong."

Can you please help me

I have upgraded to 4 and it gives me the following message:

Call To Undefined Method Joomla\CMS\Application\SiteApplication::IsAdmin()
