star icons not being display after the last upgrades

Had you got any request for support on the following issue?

• After the last upgrades to template the sites are not displaying the star icons on Joomla site...you may take a look at the following site:

• www.hotels.co.cr

• And also the icons that should display the down arrow where there is a submenu on the main menu do not get display...see the following example.

I have being digging around without any luck regarding why this is happening...would appreciate your help.
