You can edit this on your file location:

templates/shaper_helixultimate/features/social.php

The message does not send while you click on WhatsApp. You have the chance to change the message before sending. So, the user can customize the message before sending.

I did this already (twice) but when i updated the template... there it is again. I think this is an easy fix for the next update and it will improve the customization experience for me and other users.

After you click on WhatsApp icon, you can edit the message and remove Hi. Also, you can add message in your language.

Sorry, this will not be implemented because it will require a lot of work and will change the design. This is not a big issue and we have not got many requests for this. Thanks for your understanding.
