Helix Ultimate: How To Add A Whatsapp *Channel* In The Social Icons Part

Using Helix Ulimate 2.1.2 and would like to add the Whatsapp social icon to the header. The problem being that I'd like to link to a Whatsapp channel. Problem being, I only have a link to the channel, such as https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VbB5jx4HgZWi3bJ45w2a

However, when I put that URL into the whatapp social icon field in the template parms, and the click to that in the header, it brings me to an error page on Whatspp.

Any idea what I need to enter for a Whatsapp channel?

Just found the solution: I had to put channel/0029VbB5jx4HgZWi3bJ45w2a into the field. Thought I'd tried that but maybe I did try exactly this writing, maybe with leading /.

Anyway, sorry for asking.
