Video Background Not Playing

HI, just downloaded savor template, trying to have a video background in the top section, the video (19MO) won't load if I use the Upload tool (file too big apparently). If I feed it the direct url, I have the preview in the administrator but I don't have it on the public site.

So, if it is a problem of file size, hjow can I change the SpPage builder setting so it can upload it coorectly and eventually read it. If such is not the case, how do I force it to read the video?

nb : 1 - The media manaer doesn't show the .mp4 files that I can have in my image file folder. 2 - The upload File button in your video option Media Manager gives me the wheeel of death.

OK, nailed it, it was overshadowed by the Overlay option 100%. Remains the problem of the loading video option. Thanks.
