Anchors On Onepage Joomla Template

Hi,

I am building a site on Jebcoin template at

http://subcon.bizy-bee.cz/

and I can't find where you placed the anchors that scroll to the sections on page upon clicking on menu so that I could move them somewhere else and add new ones.

Can you please tell me how it's done?
