Class "NRFramework\Functions" Not Found

I upgraded my site from J3 to J4 today, everything on my site is working fron from the front end.

However, whenever I try to use the front end editor button I see the following error message;

Class "NRFramework\Functions" not found

I have set logging to maximum and I have set log everything to yes, however I can't see any logs.

I have cleared my cache and I'm using SPPB 3.8.10

My site is localhost.

Can someone help?
