SP Page Builder Slider Changing Slide From Click Not Showing Text Content

Hello again,

I have this problem since installing wimble theme. The slider works just fine in auto play. When I click any dot to change the slider, image changes just fine but content is not showing. This functionality works just fine on Wimble demo. I have tried many different settings on addon but without any success.

Hi

I have checked your issue. You have used animation on your slideshow content, that's why when you click within 2 sec the content does not appear, if you wait some time I mean atleast 2/3 sec then it will come. In that case you can do two things. Either you can disable the animation option OR you can reduce the animation time.

No it is not resolved.

This occurs to every browser to every platform. Please try to change the slides by clicking the indicator dot in less than two seconds. It happens every time.

Could you please update your browser, and then clear your Joomla and browser cache then try again.

All browsers are up to date. Cache is cleared to both Joomla and browser and the problem persists. Could you send me a screen recording to show me that it works? I can not make it work to any browser.

That's what I thought. Please try to any Windows / Linux / Android browser to see more easy the issue. Also please try more clicks and do not follow the order. On mac it does not happen that often.

After upgrade to v5.0.2 problem still exists. You could try it even on an android phone.

You are right. I though that it did the calculations, as it is an option. By reducing to 500 ms it seemas to work fine.
