Off-canvas Menu Not Expand Submenu

Hi, I have a problem with the Off-Canvas menu in Helix Ultimate Template: the menu doesn't display the submenu items at the fourth level. I set the maximum level to All and even if I set it to 4 it doesn't work. There is only one item that allows you to expand and view the other items, the others do not allow expansion even by clicking on them. Solutions?
