I Can Not Save Anymore

Hello,

I use PB 3.7.9 and Joomla 3.9.25

I can not save any page anymore. I can click "cancel" an it works, but if I click "save" the little wheel keeps turning.

Best Thomas

Hello Thomas,

Please, take you site backup in ZIP format and share with us in the Hidden Content area.

Thank you!

Hello Thomas,

Without having a backup, we cannot check the issue at our end as there might be some data loss due to the testing.

Do you want us to go further ahead with the risk? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello? Anybody reading this?

Out site is a business website. I would like to make some changes, but unfortunately I still can not save. We have two licenses, for two websites. But if you wait here for weeks for a response and nothing happens, you think about whether it is worth the money. I really hope someone will get back to us and help.

Thank you, but I solved the problem!

I remembered, that I switched the site from non www. to www. an I forgot to set

public $ live_site = 'yoursite.com/'; to public $ live_site = 'www.yoursite.com/'; in my config.

That was all. I am very sorry to let you work here and at the end it was my fault.

SORRY, SORRY, SORRY!!!!
