Feature Box Image Wont Display

You can see in the above screen recording i have set the image (i have tried jpg and png and various sizes) and none of them display in the feature box? I can get an icon to show up no problem but the image will not. J4 SpPB: 3.8.10

I have added one Feature Box addon on your homepage (currently disabled the row). If you enable the row, then you will see it. The addon you have used is modified by your template provider. Please contact your template provider for support. Our Feature Box addon works.
