Database: Missing Tables SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.10 Every Time I Go To SPB Pages Though No Problem Appear On The Database

Hello,

As evoked on the subject, every time I go to SP Page Builder pages, this message appear: https://prnt.sc/Xjkid5wEilOC I updage the Tables and a message tells me it's fixed: https://prnt.sc/aauDOR2mOVLY But the problem appears again as soon as I go back to pages even if I just updated the database: https://prnt.sc/MZF-yQ9Rjy33 I tried to go to see if the database show problems on the backend system, it says "No problems". What's wrong?
