Database: Missing tables SP Page Builder pro 3.8.10 every time I go to SPB pages though no problem appear on the Database

Hello,

As evoked on the subject, every time I go to SP Page Builder pages, this message appear:

I updage the Tables and a message tells me it's fixed: https://prnt.sc/aauDOR2mOVLY
But the problem appears again as soon as I go back to pages even if I just updated the database: https://prnt.sc/MZF-yQ9Rjy33
I tried to go to see if the database show problems on the backend system, it says "No problems".
What's wrong?
