Update A Copied Template From The Source Template

I installed a Joomshaper Template on my site. Then I created a copy of that and start using as default template of my site.
Now I got a notificattion that the Source template has been updated. But for the copy template I did not get any notification for auto update, how can I update my copy template from the source? Is there any doc related to this issue?

Accepted AnswerI created a copy of the Helix Ultimate template to make to custom changes. I created overrides to create those changes. I expect that when Helix Ultimate updates this new template will get the updates as well. But this is not happening.
I can give you the access any you may update the template for me this time, but if i can learn the process i may do it by my self.
