Hello,

after updating pagebuilder to 5.0.1 from last 4th version, comes a blank page in pagebuilder frontend and error notes in pagbuilder backend site. I need quick support, this page is for a client of mine. So far I have not been able to update to the 5th version without problems. The problems before I could' fix myself. But this is a brand new problem. Sorry, was this version tested before it went out??? Really very annoying!

Here are the messages: Unhandled runtime error TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toString')

Please open the browser console for more information!

Also the same problem.

Started with 5.0.0 upgrade. I can open original articles, but can not open ones I created after installation.

I can edit articles in page frontend, at the admin area it gives this error:

Unhandled Runtime Error TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toString')

Please open the browser console for more information!

Hello,

Here are the login details. Please send me your current IP if there are any problems logging in. My firewall is blocking unknown users.

All frontend page builder sections are not visible in the browser. The sections themselves are available.

kindly regards

Torte

Hello Toufiq,

I just saw that the provider for this website is still using PHP version 7.4. I have to change to the current PHP version first. Unfortunately, only the provider can do that. I will check this again and get back to you.

kindly regrds

Hello Ron Robichaud,

you post your credentials in my post. I can see your hidden content. I don't think this is in the developer's best interest. For your own safety, show this in a separate post. Thank you.

I had no idea the forum functioned like that. The hidden content says it's available to staff only! Agh! Thank you for the warning.

Also, fixed my problem. Changed PHP version to 7.3 and it worked despite Technical Requirements saying it works with 7.2. (I have older sites that need the older PHP and can only set it globally)
