Frontend Editor Shows 404 Page Not Found After Latest Updates

Hello,
I’ve been having a persistent issue with SP Page Builder (latest version) and Joomla (latest version). When I try to edit any page using the Frontend Editor, I get a 404 Page Not Found error (screenshot attached).
Backend editing works fine, but it’s much less convenient. The issue has been present for several months now, and despite multiple updates of both Joomla and SP Page Builder, nothing has changed.
This problem occurs on different websites and different servers, so it’s clearly not a hosting configuration issue.
Could you please verify this bug and let me know if it’s being worked on or if there’s any temporary workaround?

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. It appears the Route 66 extension is overriding the URL for the frontend editor, causing the 404 "page not found" error.
