I am using php8.1. But I assume this issue is not related with PHP version!

This problem happens only third party extensions causes.

Please downloa and install Folium - Quickstart Joomla 4 and then try to find out the 3rd party extensions.

After 2 days of posting an issue, got 2 replies and none of these make any sense! Both of you are writing generic replies, why?

I'm experincing the same problem. I downloaded and installed the folium_quickstart_j4_v2.0.0.zip as a test site. No other extensions. Running PHP 8.1

I think it has something to do with the not complete installation of arabic language. I can't remove or reinstall it.

What is the solution?

Hi Toufiq, I don't quite understand what you are asking me to do. When I go to System -> Languages I can install Arabic.

When I go to System -> Content Languages and install Arabic I get an error message "Error installing package". Then when I go to System -> Maintenance|Database I still get an error.

I think you should provide the customers with an updated folium_quickstart_j4 installation package where the unneeded languages are removed correctly or these languages are installed completely/correctly.

I dont quite understand why you would need cpanel access on my site.

I would suggest that you install the folium_quickstart_j4_v2.0.0.zip on your own test server and see what happens there. You would then be able to change and test as much as you see fit.

As stated earlier the problem is in the data included in the folium_quickstart_j4_v2.0.0.zip.

Thats exactly what I did.

But when logging in on administrator section, the home dashboard -> notifications section shows red message block "Unkown extensions".

Then System -> Maintenance -> Database -> says Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension extension_id. in red.

Then System -> Site template Styles -> Folium Default -> An error has occurred. 0 Error loading form file

Could you then please show the contents of your extension table for entry 160 / extension_id 160. Since you don't experience any problems.

SELECT * FROM wji19_extensions WHERE extension_id=160

replace wji_ with your prefix

This should give me some more insights on which extension is missing.
