Slideshow shows up fine under menu on Home, but with a big white space on all other pages

I was not quite sure what category to chose, but here goes:
on my new site (link in hidden content) I created a slideshow just under the menu. That works fine on the homepage, but on every other page there is a big white space between menu and slideshow. How can I remove that? Hope anyone can help, thanks!

I seem to have fixed it myself, by adding another moduleposition in the theme and assigning Position8 to it. Thanks for reading and helping along and putting me on the right track!
