SPB 5 Google Analytics Install Error

Hello Team SPB!

I am having a problem with Google Analytics. Following all the instructions and inserting the API key, this is what I get:

Font Book

Install and manage your Custom Fonts & Google Fonts Google Fonts Installed Fonts(0) Invalid API Key e.response.data.data is undefined

Hi Ed,

  1. Google Analytics =/= Google Fonts - those are totally different services, with different API, ID .. and GA tracking ID should be used inside template options, not inside SPPB.
  2. About error that you got, we have some similar cases, but make sure that you used a correct/valid API.
    And yes, We will check it and I hope improve in SPPB 5.0.2 (upcomming).

If you are not from EU country you can use Google Fonts without any API, just in classic way from Template Options. This Font Book feature was created mostly becuase of GDPR law to use font files loaded from your local server, not from Google (USA) servers.
