Gravatar Biography Not Pulling Through (but The Image Is)

I'm building a new site for my agency with Megainc theme and you can view the homepage here: http://phoenixdigitalv2-com.stackstaging.com The issue I am having is with the article author biography. It has pulled my Gravatar image through but not the biography. Accepted AnswerHi Ofi, I've made no customisations to the templates. It is exactly as downloaded. If you look at https://beta.phoenixdigital.media/index.php/en/blog-list/burial/how-to-win-clients-and-influence-markets this is the theme with demo content and zero changes made and you can see it is the same.

Accepted AnswerIf I go to Template Styles > Megainc - Default > Template Options > Blog > Details and then the tooltip for Author Bio it says, 'This option will show user bio as author information along with author Gravatar if the profile plugin is enabled.' https://prnt.sc/XFDIngG_lhwg
