1. What PHP 8 version exacly ? PHP 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2.
2. What errors you see after switching to PHP 8?
3. I think you should concern Helix3 > Helix Ultimate migration in next weeks or months, we cannot support old templates for ages.

1.&2. I tried all and three and the following error displays:

htmlspecialchars(): Argument #1 ($string) must be of type string, stdClass given

3. Point taken, but for now, you advertize on your website that it is PHP 8 compliant. Your support seems to have received other reports regarding this issue.

Switch to PHP 8.x and set this

then preview site again, you should see more details about source of error.

It can be plugin or module as well, very popular issue.

Helix3 should work on PHP 8.0.x

Check if you have those folders:

• templates/shaper_helix3/html/com_sppagebuilder/page/
• templates/shaper_helix3/sppagebuilder/addons/

if YES, delete it , it'll help.

Thanks. Inactivating the call to action addon in SP Page builder seems to return the page back to normal. Is there an alternative available in SP Builder that supports PHP8 and above?

Call to Action -- > Feature addon (it has the same features, settings)

CTA - can be removed, deleted.
