Admin Cannot Call Pagebuilder

Hello,
Since I've been using the Pagebuilder 5.x in the current Joomla 4.x, I can no longer call up the Pagebuilder as an admin. Only the superadmin can do this. So far, this has always worked perfectly with Pagebuilder 4.x. Under no circumstances do I want to give SuperAdmin rights to all users who need access to the page builder.
Is it a bug?
What can I do?

Accepted AnswerHello!
I was able to solve the problem now: In Options/SP Page Builder/Permissions "Configure ACL & options" must be set to "allowed". Then the administrator has access again.
