Shape Empire Canvas Menu Submenu Item did Not Show

Hello, we got a problem with the Canvan Menu of the Shaper Empire Template all extension and joomla are up to date. the problem is it does not show the submenu items in the canvan menu. i did not find a solution to this topic

Please change your Parent menu item type as URL, and put a hash(#) in the URL field. It should help.
