another thing is, when i enable a popup for a promotion, the popup is shown every time again - is it possible to just let it run once (for let's say 5 Min)?

Hi, as I remember - not really.

But if you need advanced pop-up extension with many settings, I strongly recommed using: Engage Box (tassos.gr). Now it seems to be the best for Joomla.
