SPMedical Disable Estimate Cost Not Appear In Department

Hello Team, i have ask to Joom AI system how to disable cost estimate in SPMedical.
Answer is : It seems that you are having an issue with disabling the cost estimate for SP Medical. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to Components > SP Medical > Departments.
Select the department for which you want to disable the cost estimate.
Uncheck the "Enable Cost Estimate" option.
Click on the "Save & Close" button.
But the buttom seem to not exist.
