Hello,

I use the Helix Ultimate and the current version of the page builder (JoomShaper Helix Ultimate Quick Start Package).

I'm missing the LoginForm module in the modules. I can only find modules

  • Joomla Module
  • LatestArticle
  • Information
  • Blog
  • Company
  • Photos
  • Breadvrumbs but no * Login_Form!

hope for help, thanks a lot

Michael

Hi Michael,

use the "MAGIC" button "+NEW" (+NEU) then choose Login module from the list.

It was exacly this same procedure in Joomla 3.x, you seem to have forgotten.

  1. Screenshot in DE language doesn't help. But thanks for trying.
  2. For sure, we didn't delete any Joomla core module in QS, that would be ridiculous.

  1. Do you have that folder: modules\mod_login ? if yes, it means that it should be visible by Joomla.

You can always confirm: System Dashboard > Extensions: Manage > Filter (Modules)

If there is no "Login" (EN) go to: System Dashboard > Install > Discover (and ask Joomla to "Discover" it)

in theory it should have 755 - all folders should have that.

Question: (from the top)

System Dashboard > Extensions: Manage > Filter (Modules) --- have you found Login module?

Question2:

Are you able to install any extra Joomla extension, for example, module?
try that free one > mod_hd-anycode_j4.zip

Indeed, weird - and it probably happens once in 100000 installations

If possible share access to admin area as Super User.

Hello Paul,

under manage extension there are two modules for login. one for the site and one for dan admin. only the admin was activated. now the module is also displayed.

The module is called in German Benutzer-Anmeldung! (site)

Thanks for your help. Great support
