Hello support,

I am at the start of completely revamping our website (https://www.clickgrafix.com)

At the home page of the existing site, I am using the Clients add on. https://clickgrafix.com/#:~:text=our%20projects%20here-,Trusted%20By,-Some%20of%20our The clients logos is how I want them. It crawls. The SP Page Builder I am using is 4.0. That is because there is a toggle the Use as Carousel (see 1s image).

However, in the development server that I am using, I am using the latest Joomla and SP Page Builder 5x. When I add the Clients addon, I get more than one row. That it is not how I want it. Since I got no aswers, I removed SP Joomshaper, and the templates, and restart with an older version of your SP Page Builder. A few days of work went down the drain. This is so unlike Joomshaper. I have been your loyal customer from almost 10 years, if not more. Something is not right. Hire more people please.

When I use the Helix Ulimate template, the Clients Add on had the Carousel option.

Hi. Looks like your other template has overriden addon. Check if ther is .../YOUR_TEMPLATE/sppagebuilder folder. If yes, delete this folder.

Thus, you hurried, deleting all the work done. And this is not Joomshaper's fault, but fault of template customization.

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Which template did you use on your site? Currently your site contains Helix Ultimate and client addon works fine.
