It appears on https://preprod2.altius.fr/fr/, the word "Conception de solutions anti-chute " under the first image/6 [NOS EXPERTISES DU TRAVAIL EN ACCES DIFFICILE] I think it's a parameter in SPPB5>addon image
but I don't see it; how can I do it? Regards

It's written in French, so it was not added by us.
Take a close look (Regarder de près) >> https://preprod2.altius.fr/images/0_theme/accueil/conception_solutions_anti-chutes.png
Now you see, that text is part of image // Vous voyez maintenant que le texte fait partie de l'image.
Crop image > upload again > choose a new image // Recadrer l'image > télécharger à nouveau le fichier > choisir une nouvelle image.
That's all // Et une énigme expliquée en quelques secondes.
