Smooth Scroll To Section

Hello there,
I have put a "down angle" icon on the bottom of a hero section. I have linked it to another section on the homepage... Now when i click the angle i get to the right section but it kind of jumps to there... I would like it to scroll to the section instead of jumping to it... Can this be done?

yes, but you have to find and install Smooth scrolling plugin first.

Accepted AnswerI have downloaded the JoomlaCK smooth scroll plugin, but how do i set this apart for the down angle icon so it scrolls on clicking the icon... Now every time i refresh the page it scrolls to the selected section... The way it scrolls is good though :P
