Helix3 And Helix Ultimate Installed At The Same Time (Helix Ultimate Plugin is Destroying The Helix3 Layout When Helix3 And Not Helix Ultimate is Activated)

Hello Joomshaper-Support,
I am using Joomla with the Helix3 template and the newest SP Page Builder 5.0.8. Normally I can install like unlimited templates in Joomla and just select the template I want and switch between all templates. A normal thing I think.
When I install Helix3 and Helix Ultimate (with the Plugin) I get in trouble. I can select Helix3 or Helix Ultimate, but Helix3 get changed by the Helix Ultimate - Plugin. Is there no way for the Helix Ultimate - Plugin to check that Helix3 got selected? I mean all other templates are working well and I can change them how I want, but not these both.
It is a lot of work to update a website and I want to do it step by step. Sometimes you need just to go back to a old, working template.
Is there any reasing why the Helix Ultimate - Plugin get not disabled automaticly when it get not used?

Accepted AnswerHi. These are different generations of the same Framework (Helix 3 is outdated). Their plugins have a similar space of names and therefore conflict. They cannot exist on one site together. You need to remove one of the templates and its plugin. This is a long -known thing and expected behavior in the case of any Framework-template, but not only with Helix.

Unfortunatly, you cannot use the both templates on one site. As Pavel said, there will be conflict. It is better to stick with one template framework.

I saw it is only the Helix Ultimate Plugin in my case. When I deactivate it for some tests I can use both at the same time.
But at all I will update any website to the Helix Ultimate Framework now. If it is old, maybe you should remove it. At the moment I downloaded Helix3 it was for me the better choice, because I dont like FrontEnd at all and Helix Ultimate can only be set up like this with these little fields ;-).
